Cancellations and Damages
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day on which you receive your order) cooling off period when you (the customer) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are the customer's responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days inshAllah.
Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on cupping therapy items.
In the unlikely event of any of our products being damaged or faulty, customers are required to advise us within 10 days of receipt. All damaged or faulty items must be returned to us before replacements can be dispatched.
